Sto:Lo Elder's Lodge

The Stó:lō Elder’s Lodge is a single-storey facility featuring 15 assisted living suites for seniors and individuals with disabilities within the Stó:lō communities.

This important project was completed by our sister company, Langley Roofing Co. Ltd., who carried out a comprehensive roof replacement. The scope of work included the installation of metal panel, modified bituminous, and asphalt roofing systems. In addition to structural repairs, the team also upgraded the ventilation system, installed new gutters, and enhanced the drainage system to significantly improve the building's overall performance and longevity.
