Oakwood West

The project at 788 West 14th Avenue, Vancouver, involved the demolition and replacement of the deck membrane. This included removing and storing railings, glazing, and vinyl siding, as well as disposing of concrete topping, metal flashings, and existing membranes to prepare the surface. New drains and waterproof membranes were installed, along with concrete paver surfaces, sheet metal flashings, and sealants. Finally, railings, glazing, and siding were reinstalled to restore the deck's original design while ensuring proper waterproofing and structural integrity.
