Maple Ridge Leisure Centre

All Round Restorations Ltd., completed structural repairs in the building, this includes removal of existing low-slope roofing down to the steel deck and installation of a new 2-ply SBS roofing system. Structural repairs involved replacing steel decking, beams, and perimeter ledge angles, with all new members hot-dip galvanized and installed per structural engineer direction. Miscellaneous work includes painting concrete block walls in the storage room and the underside of new steel decking to match existing finishes.
