Langley Fine Arts

Langley Fine Arts Centre is a public elementary school and secondary school, it serves the Fort Langley area and its arts program attracts many students from across and outside the district.

All Round Restorations Ltd. completed a comprehensive building envelope rehabilitation at Langley Fine Arts School. The scope of work included full roof replacement with new membrane systems, installation of fibre cement siding, restoration of concrete block walls, and replacement of aluminum windows and doors. Rot repairs and stucco replacement were carried out to address water damage and improve durability. Insulation upgrades were integrated into the wall assemblies to enhance thermal performance. The project also included exterior landscaping to improve site aesthetics and functionality.
