All Round Restorations Ltd. completed a full building envelope rehabilitation that included extensive rot repair and the installation of new Hardie (cementitious fibreboard) siding, vinyl doors and windows, and a rainscreen assembly. The project began with the removal of existing cladding, windows, privacy fencing, and deteriorated balcony sheathing and membranes. New balcony sheathing and waterproof membranes were installed, along with upgraded fencing, sidewalks, curbs, and a new parkade membrane system. Gutters and downspouts were also replaced. These upgrades resulted in an airtight, durable envelope with improved drainage and drying capacity, while the new windows significantly enhanced the building’s thermal performance and resistance to air, water infiltration, and condensation.
