False Creek Co-op Housing Association is a community-focused housing cooperative located in Vancouver, offering affordable and well-maintained homes. 

All Round Restorations Ltd. carried out a complete roof replacement and exterior wall upgrade for the building. This project involved removing old roofing materials, insulation, and cladding, and replacing the damaged framing, and installing new sheathing. We also updated the gutters and downspouts. The exterior walls were enhanced with a new rainscreen system, stucco cladding, and replacement windows. Interior repairs included the installation of drywall and fresh painting.
