Colony Bay North

Part of the larger Colony Bay development, Colony Bay North comprises of 120 units spread across three floors. The complex is conveniently situated near various amenities such as Richmond Centre Mall, Richmond Public Library, and Richmond Hospital.

All Round Restorations Ltd. completed a comprehensive building envelope rehabilitation, addressing both structural and exterior upgrades. The scope included extensive rot repairs to framing and insulation, as well as the replacement of windows and doors. We installed a new rainscreen cladding system, upgraded the balconies, and applied waterproofing to both the roof and deck. Additional work included the replacement of gutters and downspouts, as well as the installation of new parkade membranes, vinyl siding, pavers, and fencing, ensuring improved durability, weather resistance, and aesthetic appeal across the entire property.
