All Round Restorations Ltd. completed comprehensive repairs on the fourth-floor balconies at the complex, including the replacement of sheathing, vinyl or SBS waterproofing membranes, railings, and sliding or swing doors. In total, 11 balconies were restored as part of the project, ensuring long-term protection and functionality of the building’s outdoor spaces.
