Angus Place

Agnus Place is a three level complex with a total of 48 modern condo units located in the popular subarea of Coquitlam, and is only minutes away from Coquitlam College, Lougheed Mall and the prestigious Vancouver Golf Club.

All Round Restorations Ltd. completed a targeted parkade slab rehabilitation, which included the removal and replacement of the existing concrete and asphalt patio areas. The scope of work involved installing a new waterproofing membrane over the parkade, placing new concrete pavers, and upgrading access points with new sliding and swing doors.
