All Round Restorations Ltd. performed a full wall cladding replacement on a commercial office building. The project included the removal of existing stucco cladding and the installation of a new rainscreen system with fibre cement panel cladding to enhance durability and moisture management. Scope also included hazardous materials abatement, specifically the safe removal of lead-based paint and asbestos-containing gypsum materials, completed in compliance with all regulatory requirements.
